I finished the season 3 TOP 300~, and i cant find myself S4

Hey, (Bad english, im sorry ^^’)

I finished the Season 3 in the TOP 500 (Like 22h before the end of the season, i was TOP 380~). I looked the next day when the season 4 started, i was not on the TOP 500 Leaderboard of the season 3, like i can’t find myself, and on my profile, it said i was GM 3…
I received the Title, and the rewards, but i dont know if its a bug (ofc it is) or just its normal (but i dont think so… ?)
If someone can tell me what i can do…
