The 150± games are some of the very worst most biased games I have ever experienced. Should these not be the most balanced? Am I not understanding this system?

You understand perfectly, just get out while you still can (or 6 stack and find a team I don’t think there’s any way to enjoy competitive anymore without a full 6 stack).
You can edit to your liking. 100 seems to be that sweet spot
