Picking your own team, with specific rolls - who know how to work together, who try to work together and back each other up - is the only way to have a good team in Overwatch comp. Joining randomly, it isn’t a 50/50 chance you’ll end up with idiots on the team it is far above average. To top it off, it is far above average that you’ll end up vs a team who is 100% working together.
The comp system needs to start kicking people out of comp for being terrible. You can monitor a lot of things to make that happen, but it has to happen to fix this garbage. Otherwise, comp is going to have to be group only - and then the game will die.
At higher ranks you tend to have more teamwork and people more willing to build a proper comp. Doesnt always happen but it happens a lot more often than in low ranks.
You say kick people out for being terrible, but seeing as you’re bronze I highly doubt you are playing perfectly in all of your matches, actually I guarantee you aren’t. I’m sure you’re making plenty of dumb mistakes you aren’t aware of. My advice? Worry more about yourself and your gameplay, and learn to play a carry hero like soldier, Pharah, junkrat, roadhog, maybe even torb in really low ranks.
This. I’m sure if OP actually ranked up, they would have even worse games and yet still blame it on everyone else.

B. Fix your internet connection your ping must be less than 6ms I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH : P I N G (google it)
C. I don’t know what u are playing but if u play support pick up Zen, tank Hog (because nobody will heal u at 1300SR and for DPS until 1800 SR Torb (all do kills and are self-sustained as u have no reliable healers in bronze)
D. Usually unless u play a hero 10 - 20 hours straight and main him don’t
expect to climb (each hero positioning and timing must get into your subconscious) DONT FLEX
E. Watch youtube videos
D. Go for gold medals and don’t tilt don’t even look at your team’s

F. NEVER NEVER NEVER QUIT A SINGLE GAME
UNFO because you are on PC get ready to spend some money after you go higher in Gaming monitors and high $ GPU’s
This is literally why SR is a thing and what its purpose is. Not to kick people out, but to kick them out of games they don’t belong in.

Level 33, bronze, complaining about bad team mates. Seems like you haven’t played enough comp, stop blaming everyone else and play more, improve on yourself. Stuff happens, we’ve all had throwers back to back before, it’s bronze, get better, you’ll get out.
