I don't hear ultimate voicelines

Hello everyone.
Since the introduction of Sigma and role queue, i’ve noticed that i can’t hear well the enemie’s ultimates, even if they’re near me. Many other players have this kind of issue.
Is this a bug? what can i do?

Sound is muffed

Hi friends! Thanks for taking the time to post and work with us here. We know these sound problems can hinder the game play experience. We do have some things that may help, but I want to call out that this is a known issue and Microsoft is aware of the problem. Something that helps in some cases is turning on the Dolby Atmos in game. In Overwatch, go to Options > Sound , toggle Dolby Atmos on Another option that may work is changing the audio output bit rate. Win+R -> Type “control …
