I do not appear in the top 500 ladder

I do not appear in the top 500 ladder.
I have my 50 wins, I have my phone number connected.
Is it possible that the issue appeared because I’m playing with a VPN on different servers?

I would highly recommend you try to contact some Devs through those platforms as well.
