I received a special loot box as a Twitch Drops reward, but not a regular loot box. Also, when I look at the Overwatch home screen with this account at the moment, it says there is 1 loot box, but when I click to go in, there is an error where there is nothing.

same happened to me! i claimed both the lootboxes but was only actually able to open one.
It said I had one lootbox (the first normal one) that wasnt visibleā¦ continued watching and claimed the epic lootbox and was able to open that. now my normal lootbox has gone missing?
I watched Twitch for 2 hours to earn a loot box. I continued watching for another 3 to earn an epic loot box. Only the epic loot box has arrived. I know it says āSome rewards may take āa whileā to arrive, so please be patientā but for one to arrive and not the other seems like a bug.

Just checking back here to see if anyone had this resolved. I waited 5 days to submit a ticket to Twitch because the last time there was a staggered drop (Mercy OWCS Home and Away skins) Blizzard fixed it within 5 days. I just got a survey from Twitch asking āHow did we do?ā concerning their āsupportā so I guess I have my answer. You did the same as Blizzard so far, Twitch. Nothing.
I got both boxes and the regular didnt appear when i try to open it when it said i had 2 and when i reloaded the game it showed that i had opened it when i initially couldnt even see it
Yeah, I just checked after earning the first loot box, and it shows that I have one in OW but wonāt let me open it. Havenāt watched enough hours to get the second one yet.
I have the same issue. Watched for 5 hours, log in and it showed 2 loot boxes but only the epic showed up to open.

Im currently experiencing the same issue! I recoeved the epic but not the regular lootbox. I know for s fact i claimed both. The regular box showed up in my manu as a yellow icon as one unopened box. When i clicked it, there wasnt one there to open, and nothing showed up in history. I then esrned a lootbox in game (weekly challenges) and opened one regular loorbox. After i did that, the twotch lootbox disappeared. I checked the lootbox opening histoey again and only the epic and the one regular (that i earned from my weekly challenges) shows up. Therefore, im still missing my regular lootbox. Its been more than 48 hours.
