Good morning.
On November 6 I bought Scion Hanzo Bundle in the Just For You Section using my Overwatch coins.
I received all the items from the Bundle (play of the game, emotes, player icon, voice lines) but not the skin.
I sent a ticket (in the Spanish web) but after insisting and telling me it was a “common error”, they told me to use the forums.
My purchase is listed as a “Complete purchase” and I’ve got charged.
In the Spanish forums I see a lot of comments from a Tech MVP saying "we can’t do anything in the forums, go to the Customer Support" WHEN WE ARE TOLD IN CUSTOMER SUPPORT TO GO TO THE FORUMS. Even here in this english forum I see people with the same problem and no answer.
What’s the deal? Are we going to get the skin or our coins back?
