in the second season I reached the top 500 players in the “capture the flag” mode, but at the same time I did not get the top 500 icon

Same here, didn’t get any of the T500 rewards.

Much appreciation to everyone who contributed in bringing attention to this issue, but it seems the Devs have made up their minds.
