I claimed twitch drop but no game in launcher

I claimed my Twitch drop for Overwatch 2 beta (with my account connected) but it does not appear in my launcher or even in the Overwatch sub section. Can someone please help. I will post pictures if I can.

There doesn’t seem to be a fix short-term. The time between claiming and getting access seems random. Sadly, all we can do at the moment is wait.

According to twitch, I claimed access 25 minutes ago, it is still not showing up in my launcher.

There has been word from blizzard tech support that it takes time to roll out across all accounts

I’m closing in at an hour, everything is connected updated, claimed, etc. I’ll update y’all when it finally shows up.

Edit: 72 mins and still nothing.
Edit: 2 hours still nothing.
Edit: 3 hours, and you guessed it still nothing.
Final Edit: at 8 hours, my launcher finally updated and I am currently installing.

It’s been 52 minutes for me, and still no beta. I hope this wasn’t for nothing :frowning:

yeah, basically. There is no ‘quick fix’. People who have ‘fixed’ their beta access most likely just got lucky and received access after restarting. It will NOT help you get access faster, as it is not a client issue, though restarting battle.net might be necessary to check if you’ve got it yet. But it’s about as useful as watching water boil. Maybe we’re better off just doing something else for a while.
