I can't reply to topics

I’m new in this forum and it is exciting to discuss with overwatch community, but i have a problem that prevents me from replying to topics, actually there is no REPLY button that I can see in my screen. I need help for that. Thank you

Make sure you have your overwatch license linked to the account you’re using. That’s the most common reason for this.
