whenever a enemy such as mccree, hanzo, genji, etc use their ults alot of the time i can’t hear it or the audio just gets cut off for a few seconds which is game changing. the last game i played on, horizon a mccree ulted and the audio was just missing causing us to lose the 3rd round, which made me super mad. if anybody has a solution to this problem please put it in the comment’s/replies.

I have started to having the same issue now, just after the patch from halloween…
I see people reporting it since 2017. Will be this fixed at any time?
Yes, this bug was related to something differently:
- The one from July was related to a spatial sound issue.
- The one from september was related to an windows update.

I’d recommend you don’t bump these old posts as usually these are different issues and can cause confusion within the Blizzard support team.
Is this bug back? having the same problem now. Could it be because I’m running Windows 11?
