I can’t choose the character when the match start and the game kick me out because the inactive… but i can’t do anything in game…

If someone’s name is offensive, you can always just report it (there is an option specifically for player names, even in the report function in the forums.) But I suggest you also explain why it’s offensive, especially for non-English names. Blizzard’s support will likely primarily be English speaking only.
