I can’t access more than half my heroes

Most of my Heroes are showing that they are Locked and need to be unlocked via Special Challenge, Battle Pass or in-game Shop. This needs to be fixed as I was able to use all heroes earlier today and many of my primary heroes are locked now.

I’ve run into this issue just now, too. For me, though, I’ve lost OVER half my characters. This only started when I started playing DPS more often. This is bogus.

I’m seeing the same thing.

I played 2 games solo and everything was fine, then a friend joined me and when we got into a quick play match, almost all of the characters were locked for me and it tells me I either have to complete challenges or buy the battle pass to unlock them. I already have the premium battle pass and the game still recognises that, but yeah - I’m only seeing the characters that brand new players see.

Also, when I go into my profile, it shows that I have 0 time played on any character, even though I’ve put over 2,000 hours into the game.

My friend that I’m duoing with is not having any issues and all of the characters show as unlocked for her.

I’m assuming this is related to the ongoing maintenance. so hopefully things will go back to normal soon.

Just happened to me too. 20 or so heroes locked behind the phrase “Unlocked via special challenge, Battle Pass, or in-game shop”

I tried to log out and re-open the game and it didn’t work.

I’m having this same issue. Had all the Heroes unlocked prior to the update now poof… I can’t even unlock/play any of those… This is quite frustrating.

I also can’t access the majority of my heroes and I have 500 hours in game. This is the second time I have encountered this issue.

This is what happens when you poorly attempt to lock away content behind a 20-hour gameplay grind for a trivial reason. It’s disrespectful to old players and new players.

This isn’t how you maintain a playerbase, this game is already lacking in longevity.
Just let me play the game Blizzard, please and thank you.

Yeah Same here. Its really annoying cause the game encourages counter play… I cant really counter anything if half of my heroes are locked. I hope theye fix this up soon!

Yep the same problem here. I was playing all right an 1 hour ago and now i cant have access to my heroes neither shop and my friends cant invite me (i have to join them)

Have the same problem , figured it was because I didnt buy battle pass. I tried to purchase 1000 coins to buy battle pass they took my money but never recieved coins so now I got 2 problems lol fml
