I got overwatch for my ps4 and I opened it and it said game installing and it won’t go up from 0% Btw I can do everything else in the game except for play online I can do training select options but I can not play , open loot boxes or look at my items
Try shutting down your console entirely and unplug from electrical power for 30 seconds, then plug back in, power up and try starting Overwatch again. This often clears out any network errors common with console platforms.
Otherwise you may need to completely uninstall Overwatch and reinstall again from the disk or the digital download from the PlayStation Store (you do not need to purchase it again if you already have a digital license).
