I Bought the Legendary edition and did not receive the skins or loot boxs

I bought the legendary edition a couple of days ago and It tells me I get 5 legendary skins as well as 5 epic and I have been playing and I figured it was maybe just like a level thing so I played for a while but still no skins? why would I pay the extra $30 to get nothing? Can anyone help me out with this issue?

I’m seeing the licenses for the skins on your account. They aren’t unlocked with any sort of fancy fanfare like opening a lootbox, they just pop into your inventory after the splash screen pops up. Here are the ones that come with this edition:

Ana - Shrike
Bastion - Overgrown
D.va - Police
Genji - Carbon Fiber
Hanzo - Okami
Junkrat - Fool
McCree - Mystery Man
Mercy - Valkyrie
Moira - Pale
Pharah - Helix Securities
Reaper - Blackwatch
Reinhardt - Paragon
Soldier: 76 - Strike Commander
Tracer - Slipstream
Widow - Winter

If you go through your character’s skin lists you should see these unlocked and be able to equip them! Hope you’re enjoying the game otherwise at any rate, and welcome.

I’m having a similar problem, i cant find any of the skins in my inventory. i got legendary edition after installing origins for the free trial. please help me out.

Same here but i got the character like black watch reaper and the old overwatch but not the epics 5 and legendary 5.

I haven’t got the 5 epics and 5 legendary skins either.

I just received the Legendary Edition on the PS4 as a Christmas gift. While both the case and the disk inside read Legendary edition, the software on the PS4 read Overwatch: Origins Edition and came only with the Origins Edition skins and other features of Origin Edition
