Go to twitch.tv/OverwatchLeague and click the Loot tab. First make sure the Blizzard logo shows and if you however your mouse over it, your BattleTag is displayed indicating your account is linked. Next, click the purple redeem all button to claim any in-game items to that Blizzard account.
