I bought overwatch and my bank account shows a reduction of money but on my payment history there is no record of me buying the game. When i go into overwatch and type my usercode and password it says i need to buy overwatch on this platform to play it ( i bought it on pc btw). Is there any way to fix this? could i get the game or a refund at least?
I don’t see any Overwatch purchase under the Battle.net account that you’re currently posting from, but I do see a different account using a different email address being accessed from your same IP address.
Log out of the Battle.net app and make sure that you’re logging in with the correct email address that was used to make the purchase.
I don’t see an Overwatch purchase on this Battle.net account that you’re posting from. If you had purchased the game digitally then it would show up in your order history on the account.
Try recalling any previous email addresses you might have used to log in and purchase the game with. Usually in these situations the game was played on an alternate account.
