So that I can play Classic, and then once I tire of that, I’ll uninstall again. Lord knows I’m not playing any mode with LW exists.

…No, I have 3 tbs of ssd storage atm, with one tb worth of it being free.
That being said. If I’m not going to play Overwatch when classic is gone, why would I keep it installed?
He is the straw that broke the camels back for me. Forced into a one tank version of overwatch with more toxicity than ever, no fun synergies, simplistic gameplay that doesn’t even hold a candle to the launch patch. The move to 5v5 was atrocious.
And then they make it so that you can’t even control your own character if some control freak in the backline thinks you don’t deserve control of your own character?
No thanks, I’d take launch patch any day over that crap.
Because we leave the game? Seriously, Widow’s complainers still play the game. But LW’s complainers just leave, they stop playing, a feat that Widow doesn’t even manage.
If you care about agency, LW completely saps any desire to play.

thats why tracer and in general mobility is king, you can cancel grip with those. iirc.
I don’t get the Lifeweaver hate. He’s on my team maybe 1 in 20 games and only a fraction of those games do I notice a bad pull.

Ok cool, so now I can only play a few heroes of the cast and have to save my abilities to mitigate what is meant to be my ‘teammate’.
That’s not exactly acceptable.
And I don’t get how people get motion sick in vr, yet I still acknowledge the existence of motion sickness in vr.
I want to be able to control my character. Against or with literally any other character, I can control my character or mitigate their abilities in a back and forth.
Life Weaver is supposed to be a friendly teammate, and yet, in order to maintain what I am doing, I need to waste my own ability and theirs.
You know, like you would do with an enemy hog hook as Reaper, where you’d wraith the hook, wasting their hook and your wraith.
It isn’t about bad pulls, it’s about agency. The ability to play the game. If I am not allowed to play the game (Aka control my own damn character), then what is the point?
It isn’t fun ‘playing’ the game when you have a control freak in the backline who thinks they know how to play your character better than you do. Blizzard made that a hero and gave them the ability to completely override you.

May want to keep it installed for when they bring back other versions of OW classic. This one seems rough and terrible to me. You may also want to try 6v6.
I always tell them not to pull me and let me die. I hate the pull with my whole being and soul. It is one of the most dogwater things they decided to implement. Not only do bad pulls make you want to rip your hair out but not being able to punish an idiotic play made by the enemy is even more frustrating. No skill, awful, disgusting ability. Blizzard introduced way too many abilities that prevent punishing bad plays which in turn makes people do bad plays more often because they can.
You would not even get pulled if we were in the same lobby. Lifesaver would be too busy trying to help me. Get yourself a feeding Reinhardt to duo with.
I’ll probably reinstall after work as well for it, and then uninstall again after I’ve finished the season pass. I strongly dislike what they did to Sombra and all my other favourite characters. For a long time there has been obvious bias towards certain heroes in how they balance things and I’m over it. (As well as their complete incompetence in coding the matchmaker.)

No, 99% of people dont. There are always some special people who want to complain about something or make a fuss about a topic that is fine. He is one of them. I would wish he would not document everything they do in OW here… no one cares that he is back and no one cares if he leave again.
Don’t mind him, he just cries over and over about “MuH aGenCy” and doesn’t like his bad plays being inherently called out by Weaver when he’s gripped out of death. Outright says he’ll throw if he’s gripped once and will do everything he can to avoid Weaver’s sightlines, which generally means nowhere near the point or even in the enemy’s spawn.
