IDK, those Genji changes were pretty aggressive.
Tho I would’ve liked to see some tank changes for ONCE.
A change can be aggressive but still miss the shot.
Genji WILL remain unpicked in OWL/high games because the issues he faces wont be solved with a few value changes.

the ones that are unviable are just getting cancelled by the insanely OP ones.

Yeah that’s why I’m hoping they’re saving it for a PTR patch. They said they would focus on constantly shifting the meta, but if that’s the case why hasn’t a SINGLE tank been touched in the last few months. Tanks are the ones who dictate a meta, alongside which supports best enable them.
Instead they seem focused on buffing the heck out of DPS and nerfing/buffing supports.

5 hps adds nothing to a hero like Moira who already can heal 2-3k per min

she got +5HPS on an AoE. Meaning if you heal a group, it’s +5HPS x people in this grp

moira’s utility is survival
doing less damage = less survival as she cannot kill her targets fast enough
The devs said her utility is survival if she’s being flanked then it now takes 3 seconds (with orb) or 5 seconds without.
but you can’t charge your ultimate if you keep dying to flankers.
in my rank it’s moira/brig, or you die.
there’s no peeling for your supports.
moira does not need to kill people to get high ranks outside of her ult
