Want big Overwatch on Switch sales? Here’s how.
- Allow us to link our Skins/Gold between our PC account, and Nintendo account.
- AND include Nintendo themed skins, which can can be used on both PC and Switch.
That would sell a ton of Overwatch on Switch.
Some people might even just buy the game for the skins, even if they don’t have a Switch.
Would be a really relaxing way to sink some time into what basically is gold farming for future skins.
And when you wanna get more serious, you boot up the PC.
Side benefit, it would make for healthy matchmaker speeds for Switch users.

Note, this wouldn’t mean CrossPlay between Switch and PC. Just Skin/Gold sharing.

While I wouldn’t touch the Switch version of this game with a 10 foot pole. I really like that Bowser Jr Rat and Mario Mei skin.

Doesn’t pre-ordering the Switch version also get you Noire Widow? Another chance to get that skin alone would probably shift quite a few copies.
A few copies, but it wouldn’t capture the imagination and wallets quite as well as some Nintendo crossover skins.
Not even in the same scale of magnitude.
And I just occurred to me, that the “free” press coverage for something like this would be gigantic.
Palutena Mercy would be a great skin.
No Switch exclusive skins, please

Not Switch exclusives. I meant for the whole game.
I just wish that my purchase of the pc version would extend to console. I’d be tempted to try it on my switch if this was the case but I’m not going to buy the game again just to try it.

switch exclusive skins would be the only reason to get ow on a switch. i have one but wont be getting overwatch if there are no nintendo themed skins
If switch was cross platform I would get it. And I already have it for Xbox
