Report 16 season profile missing bug

This is a user who finished 16 seasons with 4,513 points. However, with the start of the 17th season, the 16th season record was gone. I’ve written and reported this bug on the General Discussion Board, and it’s been a while, but there’s not even a notice. Blizzard please notify me of this bug and correct the error.
