Seems really strong from my first games back, how’s everyone else finding him?
He’s really good, but I still don’t have a problem with him as a Rein main down in plat. Too many bad soldiers get too close to me and try to burn me down and it works even worse than before because their damage is at 19 a bullet. I don’t feel the buff.
He’s strong, I wouldn’t say he’s broken or anything though.
Personally I’d revert his helix buff.
He’s neither amazing nor bad, pretty balanced 
He’s still completely shut down by Snipers, as usual…
Pretty normal only players with good aim can make it worth of using.
There is no stats about it say is too strong, all in the average or in top 4-5.
