How would you buff/nerf Genji?

Im no expert at balance but this is how I would do it

Genji
-Hp decreased to 175 total
- damage increased to 30
- Recovery rate increased to .70
Dragon Blade cost increased by 20%

Blade cant be dmg boosted + cost increase
dmg to 30
Spread increase
Fire speed revert

Edit: Also leave genji’s hp as it is. The cyborg ninja is already squishy as he is at 200hp

One of his nerfs was to the recovery time of his right click meaning he shoots a lot slower now and it feels terrible

What Mcyau means is going back to the faster shooting

Because you have no sense of balance for a damage character bud

Did you really think giving him 25 damage per shuriken and a 25 dmg dash will make people happy?

Should have 150 hp. He has similar mobility as tracer and he can delete a whole team with his ult. He doe not deserve the full 200. LOW SKILL

Except tracer has blinks that move her instanty to dodge bullets

Genji has… Dash? I guess on an 8 second cooldown

I think its fair if he gets more burst damage

but he can wall climb and double jump which makes up the lack of blinks

There’s not always gonna be walls to climb on and tracking double jump is really easy and again, not instant like Tracer

If you wanna compare him to Tracer then sure:

Tracer’s base kit is way more powerful and provides a lot more damage because she’s a glass cannon

Genji’s base kit is pretty lack luster and his Ultimate is what keeps him hanging because it can be combined with Granny

Of course, she is the beloved Blizzard Mascot, they will never change her. I personally despise her and genji, they are both not balanced and I dont have faith they ever will be balanced. The balance team can only nerf nerf nerf nerf this game IS TRASH…
