Because posting footage of Bugs/Glitches, Goodplays and Funny moments are going to be tedious.
You cant even link to other posts on this forum. Everything about this new forum is a step backwards to me

Yeah Overwatch still hasn’t said anything official about this new “trust” system which is odd to me
I think the reason why they are doing this is because they don’t want people to post links with viruses or links that might be uncomfortable for some people.

Then why even implement a system that allows you to post links if they didn’t want you to in the first place, that doesn’t make sense.
But I can imagine the trust level being quite high for that reason, pretty much earn that trust.

i think the whole trusted user thing is just a fake.
at the end its even better for blizz not allowing posting links… we had a lot of topics on the old forums about toxic VODs of youtube; toxic streamers with evidence being posted, toxic tweets that got linked there and got attention. now its not possible anymore to point out controversial things.
In the Bug report thread, it would make sense to be allowed to post links.
But given that this community is… far from perfect, It’s strange that they would even implement the feature.
