Make it so he can transform a lot faster. Be it going from normal form to turret form or to tank form. If he could quickly pop up and move when the need arises he could more effectively protect himself. Then also maybe instead of a self heal, you give him his personal shield back when he goes into turret form. With something like 300 health.
He already got buff to transformation ages ago
Bastion is just badly designed, and I don’t think the game would survive a Bastion meta. Needs a rework.
Did he get her personal shield back? No. Then whats the point of your post?
His low mobility is the payoff for his high dmg output. I would rather give him an additional ability … he still is missing one. Maybe something like a mini wallhack? You activate some sort of radar and it shows every player for 1s in a huge radius. Or a turtle mode … he forms into a little bunker with massive shield but has a very low dmg output in exchange.
The easiest buff would be an instant Shift reconfiguration animation.
Alternatively, they can create a Tank version, and a Dps version of it.
There are many ideas.
