Make barrier semi-solid
bullets and CC can’t go through them, but things like Moira’s ult still can.
because some things are next to useless if they don’t go through barriers.
It’s a barrier, it’s supposed to make most things useless against it.
Don’t get me wrong, I am all in for Brigette nerfs, but this one is just ???.

How to tune Brigitte correctly
Make Rally armor actually decay over time. Doesn’t have to be rapid decay, but Pre-Fight usage and then building it back up during the next fight for yet another armor refresh (Nevermind that Zarya/Zen likely wont lose any armor due to chipping slow fights anyway) is the reason she’s practically required for the W unless your match is horribly unbalanced.
It does through barriers. Anything that goes through a Reinhardt barrier goes through hers.

Her barrier already functions exactly like Rein’s, I’m not sure what you’re proposing exactly.
