at least once a week, in a quick play or comp match, my game freezes, and every player starts teleporting around, even though im still able to move and use my fire. it kicks me out of the game seconds later. my connection is good enough , so i have no idea why this is happening?

but it only seems to have issues in overwatch. never happens in other online games.
The internet can be a tricky beast. You may have a problem maintaining your connection to blizzard’s servers anywhere between your house and the servers.
your “connection” may be “good”
but what you are talking about is, packet loss, the most annoying thing ever

Lately they’ve been having a lot of issues with router connectivity and randomly disconnecting. Last week I had to go a day without internet connection because they apparently “were running on a weak signal”. Our router would “connect”, but not fully.
I live in a decently sized town lol.
Do you see the orange “packet loss” or “connectivity issues” icons on the left side of the screen when this happens?

That is your internet acting up.
So yeah, check your internet connection, talk to Blizz Tech support, talk with your ISP, or if the situation is bad enough, change ISP.
no, i play on console and it never shows that stuff, just tells me i disconnected
are you using wifi, or ethernet cord?
if wifi, try connecting ethernet wire
