Huh? I didn’t say her M1 needed to be buffed unless the target is hacked if thats what you’re saying.
The difference between Brig and Sombra is that Brig can heal herself while damaging, and she also has other damage abilities. Sombra lacks other forms of damage, so it wouldn’t make her too oppressive if she ever did get a buff like that.
Thing is, upping her damage would bring a whole new (and much more difficult to resolve) balance issue to her. Sombra’s gun is directly in-between Solider’s and Tracer’s, raise her damage and she’ll start conflicting with them.
Maaybe a very small damage buff to hacked targets could work, maybe, but overall, best to keep her focused on her own unique niche imo.
