Man. It took me at least 500 votes to reach it. The upgrade from 3 to 4 is the hardest. I mostly play Ana and Sombra. I noticed that main tanks and skill healers like Ana get the most votes. So if you’re curious that’s how you get endorsed. Play good and be a team player and play something that actually benifts the team.

Yeah, I notice myself only endorsing dps if they had a great deal of impact, even if the healer isn’t that great…they still healed me once xd
I definitely get more endorsements playing support over everything else. I seem to get the most when I play Moira and Ana, but those are the supports I’m best with, so that’s probably why LOL
I mainly endorse supports as well, but if a tank and/or DPS was super helpful, I’ll endorse them as well. I played with a Reaper last night that was so freaking fantastic, I wish I could’ve endorsed him more than once tbh.
Play support and you guarantee multiple endorsements. No matter if you don’t heal at all or a DPS hard carry a team.
