Go to practice range, fill up your ult meter by getting the tablet on the left of the stationary bots. This gets you minor and major perks.
Return to hero select if you want to reset and try other perks.
On PS touch pad then R3 gets you to hero information screen to read the perks. I think it’s F1 on PC.
