You could add a mechanic where instead of having chain beams, she could have a single target
Dmg boost 30 → 40
Healing 55 → 70
Which she could toggle the modes (chain or single target).

But Valkarie IS a useful ultimate. Pushing in with that level of mass healing is really difficult to counter without using another ultimate against it.

No. Valk is fine as is, stop trying to fix what isn’t broken, last time that lead to a horrible rework and meta.
