how to fix freezing problem, when the game start (with the names loading screen) the game freeze , i can’t do anything until the game kick me then i get ban for hours .

Update your graphic card drivers
update your windows
download a basic “pc cleaner”. I personally use Ccleaner… don’t pay for them and don’t download any bloatware that may come with it - run it to clean your pc
close background applications and if you did download ccleaner use the uninstaller tool to look at all the stuff you may have downloaded on your PC that you weren’t aware of and remove stuff you don’t need. - this may also clue you into possibly bloatware programs you had running all this time that you didn’t mean to in the background.
Check out a youtube guide on optimal overwatch settings. KarQ has a nearly 40 minute in depth guide on everything from individual hero settings to graphics/pc settings which you may have over looked or are using bad settings.
If you are using wifi consider finding a way to use a hard line connection instead. No matter how reliable you think your wifi is the signal can be interupted easily by anything from literally a person standing in the wrong spot and other possible forms of interference.
Those are the things i would try/do. As a last resort maybe try a different launcher for OW (steam)
EDIT: bans for leaving games aren’t appealable so if you can’t figure this issue out don’t play comp AT ALL. You’ll just end up with at minimum a season ban that will probably extend into next season as well since it’s close to the end of this season and maybe even worse a perm ban. not worth risking your account if you can’t sort out your issues. Just play quick play
Use Event Viewer which is already installed on your PC. This logs incidents on your PC. Take a look at any Errors or warnings at the time of the crash. It might give you some insight into what is causing it.

What are your specs? Does your computer freeze at any time when you’re not playing Overwatch? I’d also recommend instead of posting on the comp sub-forum that you post on the technical support sub-forum. Nicole is very helpful, she might be able to aid you better than regular users on this forum.
From my experience when the game freezes on loading or takes too long to load (a classic warning is finding that you only get into games after they’ve already started), then it’s usually hard drive related. Could be a bad sector on classic drives, a dodgy install itself, a different application using all the read/write resources, or even things like the drive itself failing. There are other possibilities too but if it were my PC I’d start with investigating the above.
