I wanted to practice with Mercy on QP and the ennemy sombra was doing spawn killing all game, how to deal with it ?
Realize that’s not the game to practice Mercy on, switch, and overcome. Or get your team to come back for you.

As per the above.
As part of practicing a hero is knowing when you press H in spawn.
That was the time to learn that lesson.
A quick swap to Moira, as soon as you hear the hack animation… Right click. Make her run away.
I’ve only once had this issue while playing mercy, and i’m a mercy main.
Either you learn to duel her or wait for a teammate to die so you’re not alone.
If you spawn alone, swap to your pistol when you walk out. That way you’re ready to turn and shoot the sombra to interrupt her hack attempt. Strafe the virus and go for headshots.
If you fail that duel 3 times, swap to moira or something that you’re comfortable on.

There are very few heroes that can’t deal with a hack virus spray combo. Mercy is one of them. Just switch to a support with more self healing/mobility/damage like moira or lifeweaver or lucio for a bit, and then you can go back to Mercy.
Wait…they are onto something with this.
Get off Mercy and use Brig, Lucio, Ana, Zen, Kiri, LW, Juno, Illari, Bapt, or Moira.

No. Zen, LW, Illari, Juno just bad against Sombra. Other ones good
Call a Kiri or play Kiri.
Step one: Stop playing Mercy.
Step two: Profit.
P.S. - Even if you still get spawn killed, at least you won’t be playing Mercy. Still a win. 
If you getting camped by her and your team wont help swap to Brig or Bap, kill her when she tries, then swap back and get to your team while she’s respawning if you truly want to stay Mercy that game.
They are all better than Mercy against her going from spawn.
if anything they’ll teach you how to fight back and it’s a skill that needs to be developed.

If a character forces a switch to even have a remote chance of winning, that’s probably an indication of a poor design.

Certain pieces in Chess work better in some situations than others. Hate to break it to you, but that’s not, “an indication of poor design.”
There are a trillion heroes that can choose to spawn camp a mercy. I think this says a lot more about mercy’s design than sombras.
This is what i do. I’ve been successfully spawn camped by a skilled sombra twice.
I’ve lost count of how many i’ve made ragequit or swap by killing them as mercy after they try to camp me.
Or try to sneak up on my support buddy and get themselves killed by our teamwork, or try to escape to high ground on low health, only to be followed and killed by a mercy.
It’s very satisfying.
It’s one or the other. A scrub you can just look at and they perish, or a person who feels good enough to be 2 whole ranks above you.
Luckily the latter ones are rare.
