Try and log off and then log in again.
Thatโs what i have to do after switching icons in the game.
I tried that. And it gave me the normal overwatch sign icon. For some weird reason lol

Maybe thatโs the reason, new icons tend to take time to get on the forums.
So i guess you will have to wait, but i donโt know for how long tho

Yeah haha xD i had the same problem when they uploaded the icons for OWL.
But i canโt remember how long it will take for them to get on the forums, like i said before xD maybe a few days at least.
If itโs a new icon it takes a long time for them to come to the forums in my experience.
I had the default icon for months before I finally got my beautiful McCree icon
Log off the forums, clear your cache, then log back in. Worked for me.
If it is a new forum icon that isnโt yet available, it will be that broken link icon. But it will be different.

Also some newer player icons will take some time to get into the forumโฆ

mine updates if i login from my tablet. on pc it doesnt work for me.
