I do my role properly and my team lose because some wanker plays Widowmaker DPS and can’t hit Godzilla if it’s in front of his face or the Tank reinhardt just yolos it to the enemy backline because he thinks he’s immortal.

Getting out of low elos in a REASONABLE amount of time based on YOUR performance is a hoax.

You can not possibly play your role properly and be in low elo, you most likely make more mistakes than you make proper decisions during a game.

You aren’t supposed to do your job, you’re supposed to do better than your job. Everyone on the other team is doing their job as well. If you do a platinum job in a silver lobby then you will climb. If you do a silver job in a silver lobby then you stay silver.

That’s funny because I was 3700 on a smurf and after placing gold I’m stuck in plat 1 because my teammates keep throwing, most games are unwinnable even if I play like a GM because I end up playing 1v5 most of the time, I keep reporting them but nobody gets banned 
Simple answer: I don’t care about my rank anymore, especially with the state “competitive” is in right now which is a 
show just like everything else in this game.

But my team’s healer had 3K heal the entire game while the enemy team had 14k+.

Go into your match history from your career profile. There is a section for replays. You can pin a replay and post a replay code here. Overwatch automatically saves your last ten games.

I was GM in OW, masters on a smurf that got placed in gold in OW2 then I climbed to plat, how hard is that to understand?
My other accounts are all higher as tank in OW2, it’s the only one stuck because of this terrible matchmaking.
Lol forumers like to act like the ranked system is perfect and fair but it’s always been trash. If you’re a good player, playing high rank games are literally easier to win than gold. Like once I reached mid diamond I just started winning non stop till masters. That’s what happens when your game is so absurdly team based. In metal ranks you are guaranteed to get low IQ people on your team and winning or losing largely comes down to which team has less stupid people. In high rank your good plays are actually being capitalized on, which makes it easier to climb.
Pretty much yeah, my accounts in diamond or masters in OW2 as tank have all better winrates than my plat account, I didn’t think losing one player would be so drastic but holy frick it has made carrying in lower elos that much harder, sometimes I push to make space, I turn around, nobody followed me and suddenly my entire team dies one by one for no reason, it’s soooooo frustrating.
