We know he is stronger than Doomfist. We know he has triggers which send him into a rage that further enhances his strength.

Was Winston and the other specimens supposed to be soldiers? Is that why they are on the moon, so if what happened happens, they would be isolated?
Omnics have jobs such as butlers and waiters, etc. We know their rights was a big issue. Was Winston part of a program to make new workers or slaves that went wrong? Is that why Winston was so caring to him? Did he feel bad for what Winston was supposed to be?
Is this why people are fine with him, he’s a successful experiment, he works for humans. Is this also why Hammond is accepted in Junkertown. People know of the animal servants or workers that failed and Hammond is a rebel pushing against the omnics who did this to him.
We know what happened to Mako and James and why the junkers hate omnics.
Was the crisis due to basic evolution of a species? Humans created artificial intelligence that surpassed their own and naturally wanted to take their place as the apex species.
Maybe this is where the powers the in, how can humans speed up their evolution or create artificial evolutions to keep up or surpass the omnics?
Is this why they went back to biological subjects such as Hammond and Winston who can be taken down by bullets easier than omnics should they revolt in such a way?
Is Overwatch a future in which the humans have gone too far? They now find themselves in conflict and in fear of their own creations because they wanted to make things even easier. Robot waiters, robot butlers, robot chefs. Machines that they never expected to grow, to even transcend their own metal bodies.
They made a fatal error when playing god, they made their creation with the capacity to obtain more power than themselves.
In a way, Talon is right. The humans have made themselves weak.
