Like hypothetically lets imagine that Sombra and widowmaker were placed in some kind of dungeon, no hacks, no weapons… who will leave that cell alive ?

By lore or gameplay?
Lore-wise its probably Widowmaker since she is more trained for it. Sombra I am not quite sure since taking a direct approach is not her style.
Widow. If I know anything about people that work with computers its that they aren’t the type to win a fight.
Plus, Widow can’t feel fear (or pain?) So I think she’d go into the fight feeling like she has nothing to lose.

Well lets see. Current state. Wm spent years training to be assasin and her body is not body of regular human. She probably even cannot feel pain – great advantage in meelee fight.
Sombra spents latest years mostly like infiltrator and hacker. As you said she uses her toys a lot. But her body also has some unnatural modification so she is way faster than regular person. The question is will speed alone help sombra win fight in small stone pit?

Widow was a professional Ballet dancer, so she’s probably surprisingly strong, it’s just all toned instead of bulked, that also means she’s probably got good physical stamina potentially inhuman stamina from the experimentation.
Sombra seems more the type to get someone to fight for her, and considering all the in universe consumer tech we see is itty bitty and could be successfully moved by my cat we can’t even bet on Sombra having hidden strength built up by constantly moving a heavy PC due to shifting her location being a wanted hacker and all.
Bets on Widow, she can probably slap Sombra into next week and kick her to the moon.
Sombra didn’t go through the torture/training widow did to become an assassin. We’ve seen widow is competent at CQC as well in the cinematics.
