Ashe is 39.
Bob appears to be in Ashe’s story when she is younger. Granted, her age is indeterminate but at a minimum he’s likely 20+.
Id say he is at least old as if not older than Ashe considering that he has been with her since her childhood and kinda “raised” her because her parents couldn’t.

That might make Bob more interesting than her.
We don’t have Omnic’s that old yet.
Bastion is only 30ish and was out of it for most of that period.
Zen is only 20ish.
Orisa is a baby.
It’d also mean he made it through the Crisis unscathed. Which has some potentially interesting implications. If he resisted attempts at control successfully he might be quite powerful.

I’m glad you asked. According to the story, the Omnica Corperation started building Omnics a few years before the start of the Omnic crisis, which started 30 years in the past.
Because Ashe’s family is rich, they may have been “early adopters” who bought one of the earliest Omnic models before the crisis started. The fact that Bob doesn’t speak may indicate he was built before Omnic voice modulators became the standard, and his large size may also be emblematic of earlier humanoid models (like how many types of electronics became smaller after later iterations). That would put Bob in his early 30s which makes sense. It was stated he was there for Ashe when she was a child.

I would assume Bob is at least 33. He seems to be an earlier model of Omnic one suited to serve and protect.
