How often do you use the avoid teammate feature?

Rarely, and that’s one of the reasons why I’m still stuck in gold / plat.

As I keep getting tilted which surprisingly happens every game

Pretty much every time i get the one teammate that spams voice lines more then they use their primary fire.

I use report more insted. :man_shrugging:

It’s kind of sporadic, I can not use it for 3-4 days, then suddenly 3 slots seems deeply inadequate.

I’ve literally used it 3 times to avoid 3 ppl from the same match that were blatant throwers.

I find it kind of pointless. If someone is bad enough for me to select the option to avoid them it should be permanent unless I decide to unavoid them.

i see an opportunity at least once a game, but i only get to use it three times a week.

All the time! If the avoid player feature could be extended to 30 players, I could have it filled within 1-2 days…And actively remove players from it, so I can add new players to it.

I rarely ever use it, maybe once a month or less

This. And with the inclusion of replay codes, I just add the code of the game to the report and send it.

I use it all the time and want MORE slots. Infact I want the “AVOID PLAYER” feature back. When midnight rolls around it is the same TOXIC and very abusive players that drop in this game. After I come back to play at midnight. I regret it.

Every night it is just out-right awful. There are NOT enough slots to avoid these people, as well as even if a person does avoid them. They are nearly, always on the enemy team.

If I get someone toxic, which is rarely, I’ll use it. Otherwise, not really.

When I get the one person who throws and blames everyone else when they kept feeding all match.

only if its a thrower or a toxic player and in some case a really really bad player.
But i use it very rarely

I’m going to be honest, I only really use it when I am not in the mood for a Paris or HLC game. Avoiding one of your teammates assures that you don’t get put in that match again.

Yes, I am a terrible person, I know.

Every time we get a player that I think heavily contributed to a loss.

I only ever used it once. And that was to avoid someone I found in PvE.

They went out of their way to kill themselves and ruin our game. Seriously. We were playing uprising and we were at the stage where you need to defend the payload while it starts up. One of our teammates was playing Ashe. And they would go out of their way to find the hardest to reach spot possible, far away from the group, and then self damage themselves with dynamite, until they died.

obviously, because you lose if you don’t revive a teammate, this forced us to constantly hunt down this player and try to revive them. Thus, leaving us with only 2 people actually defending the payload.

After that match, I reported the player and avoided them. That’s the first time I ever really felt the need to do so. Because, the last thing I wanted to do is get them this Event, While I’m trying to farm boxes/win games, in Arcade.

I usually use them when I’m playing with friends in a stack. If we get someone REALLY bad, we’ll rotate who avoids whom.

I use it after almost every loss (unless it was a really good game that we lose). Some people just can’t pull their own weight. Maybe it was one bad game, but I’m not chancing it again with them.

Is it how its supposed to be used? Nah probably not. But that’s how I use it.
