Well, according to a website that I can’t provide a link to, South Korea is around half a million wons in debt (assuming that’s the currency the website was referring to), so, yeah, Dva’s mech would probably put South Korea in debt.

Not that much. The meka is made from cardboard. That’s why it’s so expendable and Dva can keep summoning them.

Does it have life support? It clearly isn’t airtight. The cockpit seems dangerously open to me, with her arms and part of her torso inexplicably open to fire.

Torb is actually the one making her mech. He is being held captive by D.va and being forced against his will to make her mechs. And since D.va’s ultimate is literally blowing up her mech, Torb can only build them so fast through the amazing, raw power of his Swedishness.
