How many other Games do you own next to Overwatch?

Given that we don’t really own games these days, I’ve kinda stopped buying as many as I used to. Back in the Xbox 360 days, I owned hundreds of games, but now, I just pay for game pass and play stuff as I feel like it and buy the occasional game on Steam at 90% off. Tired of paying for a game only for that game to just go offline and I lose access to it forever.
Only franchise that I’ve spent more time playing than OW is Gears of War. Red Dead Redemption series and Borderlands series are also probably up there, but I don’t have any idea how much actual time I’ve spent on them.
Right now really just looking forward to Elder Scrolls 6, but that only just entered early development, so I don’t expect to see it until like 2030, if I’m still alive. GTA 6 might be worth a look, but I only care about the story not the online meaning I’ll probably wait until it’s on sale or something. Also have my doubts it’ll be anywhere as good as the last 3 GTA games, I’m concerned it will be bogged down by having to adhere to current societal standards.

dam thats depressing, im old too but ill be 55 in 2030. i mean i like to think ill be alive then but life sometimes throws you a curveball or anything can happen in those amount of years.
probably best to just look at the now and not worry about the future heh, so only thing im looking forward to now is the phantom liberty dlc coming up

personaly i whould wory more about games witch need online verifcation
but GoG games you can download and you keep, digital on USB or somting,not needs a app or onlin e stuf
steam is prety decent to if games stop working, ofline ones, so far when a game goes oflinei can stil load it on steam, but store page wil be gone
Yeah that’s more or less what I meant. Between covid or other random viruses/diseases, cancer, genetics, and accidents, I can really only hope to be around for ES6, can’t guarantee it.

what does own mean? I could own 200 games and only actively play 20 in the span of 10 years, because free to play games exist

Currently I have 217 games in my steam library (Though I’ve probably not even played 80% of them, also I’ve owned many more games on consoles in the past, but I only have my PC now)
I think Overwatch might be the single game I’ve put the most time into, tho if we’re counting whole franchises, there’s a few I’ve put a lot more time into, but I couldn’t tell you exactly how much.

I have like 30+ games on my wishlist, most of them indie-games. I do plan to play them all at some point…when I get over my Overwatch addiction.

I think I own around 130 games on PC and another 25 or so on console, but some of these I’m “done” with (like “What remains if Edith Finch”), some I play occasionally to relax (like Valheim) or intensely for a period before letting it rest for a year (like the “Dragon Age” series). Some games I play when my friends are available (like “Crab Champions” and “Sea of Thieves”). Currently my big time sink is Baldur’s Gate 3. All of these games except Edith Finch I’ve sunk a ton of time into.
I have a ton of games I bought on discount or was gifted that I just need time and motivation to get to.

I have a couple hundred on Steam, thank forgetting to cancel Humble Bundle a few times lol … Maybe like 15 Switch games. I’m not as much of a gamer as I used to be unfortunately. What gets me hype these days are new Animal Crossing and Pokemon releases
