To get an All-Star skin? Do they just give 5 tokens per hour?

5 tokens per hour. If I’m right, and the All star skins cost 200 OWL tokens, then you’ll have to watch OWL for 40 hours

Each All-Star skin costs 200 Overwatch League tokens, with the number of live matches and encores remaining, I estimate you can still earn about 300-400 tokens if you watch each from start to finish (this includes the 100 token bonus for watch 2 hours on the Grand Finals on Sept. 25th).

If you need to get more tokens after this, you can always purchase OWL tokens directly on your game platform store.
