Topic ^. I’m just curious, asking for my baby sister. She’s 2 months old now. (20 characters…meaning I had to fill this post with some nonsense but just answer the question)
I played for 18 hours and covered 10 levels of the pass. So roughly a 100 hours at minimum i’d say. Under 200 definitely.
If you minmax the challenges it takes less time than if you don’t.
If you want the titles though… be prepared to grind a lot more.

Depends on how many wins you get (they give more xp….do you have the premium pass (xp boosts)…and how many challenges you complete…
The last one is interesting because the amount of challenges available to people depends on what they’ve done…like we will be getting some more hero mastery stuff next season…that’s several levels right there if you do all those challenges…or if you haven’t done any so far you should have a bunch available
I worked this out from playing one of my accounts a while back. You need to play roughly 3 hours a week (with premium/non free pass) on average, throughout the entire season. IIRC. I’ll try to find my post later.

So what is your estimate?
Hours to complete BP depends heavily upon making use of weekly and daily challenges for minimal effort. You can completely min/max by playing the game very little if you spread it across multiple days and weeks.
Many of the daily BP adjustments are insanely easy to make. Complete 3 missions of arcade or Q’d as all roles. Within games you’ll have finished 1. The other ones I got were 12 saves (you got support) 1game done. Thank a support hero. Easy. I’d say I usually get ~1000 exp per game.
Within a single day, I’d say I can get like 12000 exp from completely 3games be it wins or losses. 800k / 12k = 66days. That’s from 30minutes of gameplay per day for 33hrs. Which is not factoring in weekly challenges.
You get 20k bonus exp for completing 3 weekly challenges each week. 7 days = 84k exp + 35k weekly = 119k which brings it down to 6.7wks which is 23hrs for trying to play the least amount of time. You just need regular attendance.
This is not even factoring in seasonal challenges or even completing all 6 weeklies.
So 23 hours? I couldn’t follow your math
Not sure, but few hours every day will be approximately 300 levels
