I can’t really take these points seriously when you’re talking about QP.

Argument from the devs was to establish at least somewhat of coherent match experience which resembles the core idea of Overwatch.
The devs already stated what unranked should be and unranked isn’t that in the slightest atm and my arguments can be easily applied to it, while maintaining unranked idea wihtout it becoming ranked.

Look OW is a kind of game where good matchmaking is a dream. Heres a better question. The very first two games I played today had leavers in the first round. Now if I remember my ow1 math correctly thats about 40 sr down the drain with minimal input from me. Can we like get a better match cancelation system?

It is still impossible to fix these “issues” while QP works as it does.
No one would like to have Grouping restrictions or long matchmaking in QP, it goes against what the mode is.
The leaver penalties were meant to, well, reduce leavers, which was a big problem.
But they still didn’t change what QP is supposed to be.
You still didn’t address the North star: " Keeping Overwatch 2 Fair and Fun for Every Player"
We had much better match making in the past, not as many outliers, and as I mentioned, Blizzard was already aware that splitting the playerbase further would cause disruption, especially drop in quality in other modes and guess what happened.
You also indirectly claim that the outliers are due to grouping which we have no evidence of at all.
And about your quckplay argument:
Time Wasted: 2 min (queue) + 1 min (setup) + 5 min (getting stomped) = 8 minutes of a bad experience.
Time Invested: 4 min (longer queue) = 4 minutes of waiting for a potentially good 10-15 minute game.

Unranked MM is bad and there is no fixing. People in that mode play for fun, just doing dailies or are tryharding. Leading to weird matches and loopsides ones when you combine those player groups.
If OP want more consistent matches I can only recommend grouping up with like minded or play OQ.
