These queue times are just so bad. Over 15 minutes for stadium support. Competitive queue are getting longer every day plus I hate bans anyway so I’ve been avoiding that. It seems that anything with a reasonable wait time is qp and due to that the match quality is terrible.
Like how long do you wait? What do you do while you wait? I wish I could queue several modes at once I hate it so bad.
Stadium support times have been crazy long for me too, I’ve had some queues go >30 mins. I started playing some off roles because the <1 min dps and tank queues were very attractive. I really do like playing support but the queue is not always worth it.

I mean imagine playing the half baked game mode called stadium in the first place let alone waiting in a queue to play… Stadium isn’t overwatch, It’s a joke.
20-30 minutes for a match? I’d be so annoyed if it was a steamroll that I waited that long for. What rank are you all? I’m Pro 4 support on the Americas server, wait time is roughly 5-8 mins at night. Five minutes is acceptable to me given the population.
I usually browse these forums while I wait or play some other game I can pause.

I’ve never had an issue with queue times…cause I simply don’t require my team to have a specific comp in order to play the game…
When RQ came out the decision was beyond easy….,nope
And you can pretty much extrapolate that to any other mode that has role lock - though I probably wouldn’t touch stadium even without that….perks on steroids and you can’t switch heroes?!! Hell to the naw
Queue times are horrible and they’re only going to get worse with zen and brig being added next.
The mode suffers from long queue times because people don’t want to play it if their favorite hero isn’t in it. So I’d expect it to be like this until they add more characters to the roster to beef it up and potentially help the queues.

I play oq, and even then i only wait 5 minutes before i go to custom games.
So is everyone trying to play support in stadium or something? Are tank and dps queues much lower then?

As long as it takes. I’ve got a 3 monitor setup now so I’ve got plenty to keep myself busy with. So can just draw up some youtube, boot up another game on Steam etc.
Longest I’ve waited is about 30-35 minutes and just passed the time making some food and watching Beavis and Butthead (the old ones-they’re far superior with classic 90s’ rock/metal/grunge). If you’ve got stuff to do during the downtime it’s not as bad-I’d rather wait for a quality game instead of insta queue into a steam roll for either side.
These three minute queues in open have me considering dropping this trash game and playing Mahvel only. Not going to lie. Let’s see how Street Fighter goes…

As much as I am a fan of Sailor Moon I don’t care much for magical girl skins. Outside of getting premium currency from challenges I have little reason to play.
But for the people that enjoy Stadium, rock on.
