Yes, granny is short for grandmother, but it is commonly used as an insult for elderly woman. In Ana’s case it’s less of an insult.
Doesn’t he just say “Ana” and not, “Nana?”. Cuz you know, that’s her name? Or do the subtitles actually say Nana?

I mean, Pharah probably can have children, but considering she’s canonically lesbian now it’s highly unlikely.
