It exists.
Tanks are almost always insta queues, heals can be anywhere from instant to at most ~1 minute.
Priority requeue has taken my DPS queue times down from ~11 mins to ~4 minutes. Which was nice.
I avg 2-3 mins priority or not

I think the priority requeue is total BS. I can still wait for the same amount of time with or without it. Blizzard should just do away with backfills the same as they do for competitive. It really bites to wait to get in to a game, be thrown into a losing match and then just have to wait again to get a real game. Every time I end up as backfill I shut the game down due to frustration. Just stop it, Blizzard!
If you really want to “priority requeue” someone, don’t do a backfill and let the existing players on the abandoned team get a requeue. Just stop punishing other players!
