How does MMR work, does it affect always?

Useless, vague information. The devs have explicitly said they don’t want to talk about how it all works since they fear that people will game the system. MMR, SR, it doesn’t matter at all anymore. If you play for long enough you can reach any desired rank.

Mostly being on bad teams in competitive

My main is supp and sometimes even if I heal above 20k, we lose just because our tank or a dps is really terrible. I think there are people who have the same problem as me, can’t stay calm when there are dps or tank on the enemy team who get 60 kills and ours suck, can’t stop myself from thinking why I’m mostly be on the same team with bad random players. I couldn’t rank up than silver 3 as Supp, I don’t think I deserve it. That’s why I don’t feel like playing supp anymore. I think matchmaking…
