I like my explanation better, but if cybernetic implants gave armour then surely genji and sojourn should also have armour.

Genji and sojourn got implants for speed. They’re probably lightweight unarmoured on purpose cause they are not tanks. Honestly I think JQ needs armour.

I think cybernetics/enhancements are a decent explanation. It could also explain why Soj and Genji are so fast but squishy.

Pharah is wearing a suit of armour and yet she only has white health. Zen is literally made of metal, and yet doesn’t have so much as a lick of orange health. The future is a mysterious place.

I think Cassidy also wears some body armour too, along with Pharah but they don’t have armour either
Hear me out. Pharah should fly to the skybox a little less (making it easier for junks and other nonhitscan) and then get 25 armour.
