after 7 wins with my healer being the most healing player in the game in every match, being top kills in 4 of them, 1 play of the game and my elo stays exactly where it was… i dont underestand what i need to do to improve my ranking… can anyone explain please?

How often do you die?
It would seem deaths as a support is a primary factor in ranking.
Like talking limiting deaths to 3 deaths in a game or, as few as possible. Even if you lose, limit your deaths.
